This park has a cafe, a small playground area, and is situated very close to the Booth Museum of Natural History.
Hove Lagoon
Kingsway, Hove BN3 4LX
There are two lagoons here, the largest is used by the Hove Lagoon Watersports for windsurfing and other water activities. There is a reasonable sized playground, a sandpit, a paddling pool, good public toilet facilities, a skate park, VBites restaurant/cafe, and it is right by the beach.
Hove Park

This is a large and pretty park. It has a lovely cafe serving delicious cakes, ice creams, a wide range of food (it also has a children’s menu and can be hired for children’s parties). There are tennis courts, the miniature railway which runs during weekends in the summer months, and a very good playground with a large sandpit and something to suit most age groups.
Level, The
The Level, Ditchling Road, Brighton BN1 4ZN
One of the largest parks in Brighton and Hove, it is situated in the Valley Gardens Conservation area.

This is an adventure playground by the seafront, with water spouts, climbing apparatus, an open air cafe, toilets, and it has its own train stop on the Volks Electric Railway.
Preston Park
Preston Road, Brighton BN1 6HN
One of the largest parks in Brighton and Hove, parts of it are very beautiful with lots to see such as the Rose Garden, the Rotunda (which has a cafe and ornamental pond). There is a playground and public toilets.
Queens Park

This park has a lake with a fountain and ducks to feed, a playground with separate children and toddler areas, a sandpit, a wildlife garden and a scented garden. There are also toilets and a cafe.
Saunders Park
Saunders Park View, Lewes Road, Brighton, East Sussex BN2 4AY
Saunders Park is on the Lewes Road near the Vogue Gyratory System, directly opposite Lewes Bus Garage and next to Shabitat. It has a refurbished Play Area, Toddler playground, Paddling Pool, and newly built Community Garden. It also has basketball/football courts, and a dog walking area at the top.

St Ann’s Well Gardens

This is a beautiful, large park with lots to see and do. The cafe serves lovely food and has inside and outside seating areas. The public toilets are very good, with baby changing facilities, there is a good sized playground with separate areas for toddlers and children (the toddler area also has a sand pit).
